Easy returns & exchanges with Viscata®

  1. Forward your order confirmation email to support@viscata.com with a short explanation as to why you are returning or exchanging the shoe (i.e. wrong size, need different color, etc.).

  2. We will review your request and respond via email (within 48 hours) with a return label.

  3. Once we receive the item(s), we will resolve your request with a refund, credit, or send a replacement.

We gladly accept returns & exchanges.  Returns and exchanges are accepted within 90 days of online purchase. We can only exchange / return products purchased from our website. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise. Once we have resolved your return or exchange request you will be notified via email with notification if your return / exchange is eligible for a refund, credit, or replacement. We do not reimburse any duty / brokerage charges for international orders. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for a credit to appear on your billing statement.
