We accept returns ofunworn, unwashed, and unaltered items, purchased directly from Viscata, as long as they are initiatedwithin 90 days of your order dateand returned inperfect condition and in the original box.

Exchanges & Return-Based Options (Within 90 Days)

All return/exchange options are managed directly through our Online Returns Center, where you’ll be shown available replacement items.

• Exchange for a different size or color
  Need a better fit? Swap your shoes for the same model in a different size or color, subject to availability. This option does not include additional discounts.

• Exchange and shop for a different model
  Prefer something else? Choose a different style directly within the Returns Center. You’ll be able to browse available models and automatically apply an exclusive exchange discount toward your new selection.

• Instant Store Credit Bonus
  Receive your return as a Viscata e-gift card and enjoy an added bonus on top of your original order value, redeemable on a future purchase.

• Full Refund
  If you'd rather get your money back, we’ve got you covered. Just return your shoesin perfect condition within 90 daysand we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.

Last Chance Items: All last chance sale items are final and not eligible for refunds.

Once your items have been dropped off in the mail, if you’re entitled to a refund, it will be initiated immediately. We know you’ll want your money back as quickly as possible, but please be patient. It could take up to 2 business days for your refund to be processed by your bank.

The best place to start is by visiting our online returns center where you’ll be able to exchange your purchase for a different size or product. Your new product will be shipped to you as soon as you send it in the mail. Keep in mind that if your exchange item goes out of stock before your original order is scanned via the carrier, your original order will be refunded. Exchanged items start being processed once the returning items are received - not any time beforehand.

If your shoes are defective or if you received the wrong shoes, please visit our online returns center and select the defective/wrong item option as your return reason. You will have to provide a picture of the item so we can see what happened. Afterwards, you can choose to refund or exchange the item by an identic replacement or another model for free.
