How does pre-ordering work? 

Pre-ordering allows you to reserve our espadrilles from our latest collection before officially releasing them on our website. You will be charged for your order at the time of purchase and your items will be shipped to you as soon as they become available. The estimated shipping time for each item is listed on the product page. Please note that these are estimated times and may be subject to change. You can cancel your pre-order at any time before the items are shipped. However, once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.  Please note that gift cards cannot be used for products on pre-order.
