Viscata’s Inner Circle is a loyalty program designed to reward our customers for their continued patronage. As a member, you can earn points for signing up, for following us on social media and for every purchase you make with us. You can then redeem the points for various rewards.

Joining the Inner Circle is easy. Simply create an account on our website and you will automatically be enrolled in the program. 

You can earn points simply by signing up, by following us on social media and by making purchases with us.  For every dollar you spend, you will earn one point.

No, unfortunately, the new rewards program does not provide retroactive points for purchases made before its introduction.

 To redeem your Inner Circle points, simply log in to your account and navigate to the rewards section in the launcher (you’ll see it in the bottom left corner of your screen). From there, you can review what rewards are available and choose which one you would like to redeem.

Yes, points do expire after 24 months. The expiration date for points varies depending on the program, so be sure to check your account to see when your points will expire.

No, points are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the account holder.

If you return a product that you earned points on, those points will be deducted from your account.

You can check your point balance by logging in to your Viscata account and navigating to the rewards section in the launcher (in the bottom left corner of your screen). Your points balance will be displayed there.
